I am very pleased to announce that Professor Amy Chow has been appointed as the new Head of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2024. Amy has been in the Department since 1994 and is a renowned and experienced academic in the social work field globally, specialized in bereavement and end-of-life care. 

With Amy’s passion and extensive network, the Department should be able to reach new heights under her leadership.
