Preschoolers experience an extensive process of adaption to adjust school standards and their independency. Social Workers have to work with the family members in supporting their possible strengths and functioning in the adaptive period and hence facilitating preschooler’s development.

The Workshop is about the newly launched Pilot Scheme on Pre-school Social Work Service. It overviews the practice wisdoms and challenges in the perspective of service delivery and service practices for service provision.
