HKU-UBS Sustainable and Social Innovation Leadership Programme

HKU-UBS SSILP is a new collaboration which seeks to:
1.??????????? Build capacity and competence of NPO current and future leaders;
2.??????????? Develop network and collaborations among NPOs, Philanthropies, Public Sector and Academics;
3.??????????? Incubate and innovate new projects that are sustainable.

To kick off the new initiative, the team is launching a series of lunch-and-learn ‘Taster’ Sessions hosted online to facilitate wide participation during our busy lunch time.

In this first of the SSILP Taster Sessions we will explore Compassionate Leadership with two seasons leaders in the nonprofit field as our guest panelists. Participants will gain knowledge about practice and scholarship, explore their own capacities in Compassionate Leadership and discuss challenges and successes in leading with the heart in the time of COVID-19.
