【明報文章】今年施政報告公布前,坊間盛傳政府將重推公屋「租置計劃」,並於施政報告裏解釋措施的具體安排。到了施政報告公布當日,行政長官李家超對租置計劃零着墨,公眾難免諸多猜疑。其後,李家超被問及是否不再推出租置計劃,他的回應是:現時有39個屋邨納入計劃,仍有共3.1萬個租置單位未售出,加上租置屋邨的管理問題仍在研究如何解決,所以「現階段並非是適合作決定的時間」。
