In facing the new challenges induced by the pandemic and global humanitarian crises, leadership requires new competence which are innovative, flexible and sustainable. The HKU-UBS Sustainable and Social Innovation Leadership Programme (SSILP), which aims to build capacity and competence of current and future leaders of Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), will be kicked off.

We believe that the best knowledge of leadership is within the leaders. You are cordially invited to participate in this ground-breaking event for co-creating the sustainable and innovative leadership competence with meeting of the minds. Small group discussions on interesting leadership topics will be conducted, among which participants can exchange and share stimulating ideas.
