It is truly exciting and my honour to invite you to celebrate the 20^th Anniversary of the Master of Social Sciences (Counselling) programme with you. The programme was established by Founder Dr. Ng Ho-yee in 2002 when Hong Kong was hard hit by several health and economic crises. Throughout these years, over thousands of teachers, graduates, and students who are also social workers, executive officers, lawyers, human resource managers, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational and speech therapists etc., have reached out to the wider community with their caring, compassionate, and inclusive hearts.
