「心在自在」 照片悟人生

人生,就是一趟旅程 ,沿途遇到的人和事構成了當中的風景。

途中,每個人都經歷悲歡離合的人生課題。

照片,把途中的風景紀錄下來,也凝聚當刻的思緒和情感。

當下,在照片中,探索心靈、陪伴和面對自己心的需要。

本次講座將邀請「心呼吸」創辦人常霖法師,透過照片,陪伴我們一同探索自己的內心,學習面對悲傷與失去,在這一刻與自我重新連結,重拾內心的自在。

講者:

常霖法師

俗名葉青霖,出家前為香港著名專業攝影師,香港理工學院(今理工大學)設計系畢業,在2009年放下俗世的名與利,到台灣跟隨果如法師座下,於2010年剃度出家。法師接觸攝影經驗超過50年,作品常見於各類傳媒及展覽,亦經常出版免費結緣的攝影及生活禪修專集,分享他的攝影和修行心得。近年經常以輕鬆易懂,融合生活藝術的方式帶領禪修活動,更創立「心呼吸」慈善機構,希望幫助多些人活出自在的人生。

Life is a journey, the people and things you meet along the way constitute the scenery.

On the way, everyone experienced the joy and sorrow in life.

Photograph does not only records the scene, but also conveys the thoughts and emotions behind.

Let us take a moment to explore your inner world, find companionship and recognize your needs through photograph.

In this public talk, Ven Chang Lin, Founder of Pause and Breath will guide us to explore our inner being with the use of photos, and to learn the coping for grief and loss, reconnect with oneself, and reach an inner peace.

 

About the Speaker:

?Ven. Chang Lin

Ven. Chang Lin, formerly known as Alain Yip, is a reputable professional photographer in Hong Kong who graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now Hong Kong Polytechnic University) studying Design. With over 50 years of experience in photography, he is a Founder and Honorary Member of the ‘Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers’. His works have been widely featured in various media and exhibitions. He has also compiled complementary publications on photography and meditation in daily life to share his photography and practice experience.

In 2009, he decided to give up all his fame and fortune and went to Master Guo Ru’s temple in Taiwan to start his monastic life. Ven. Chang Lin now leads meditation retreats in a simple and easy-to-follow way, helping others incorporate meditation into their daily lives.

About the Project

Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project is jointly collaborated by the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association Family Wellness Centre and Caritas-Hong Kong Grace Port-Caritas Miscarriage Support Centre. The project is funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, this envisions to develop a seamless integrated care for the bereaved couples from hospitals to the community with online and in-person support, aims to render holistic psychosocial support for bereaved couples to go through the grief over pregnancy loss.
