Professional Workshop Series Managing Insomnia using Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Approach

We have long known the negative impact that insomnia can have on someone’s physical and metal health. Insomnia can also lead to significant social and occupational impairment. It is one of the major somatic symptoms of mental health disorders among middle-aged and older age people. In this training workshop, participants will gain a thorough understanding in sleep and insomnia using the Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, with both theoretical framework and case studies.
