【明報文章】政府最近公布的一系列經濟和民生數字,市民聽來總覺得不知如何理解。不是說這些數字的真確性有問題,而是這些數字彼此並不配合,有些看來更互相矛盾,例如說經濟好了,失業率卻不跌反升。最令市民感到困惑的是,一些數字所表達的情况,於現實環境裏卻看不到,例如說來港設立公司的新增企業數字創新高,寫字樓空置率卻居高不下,街上的空舖也隨處可見。
