We were delighted to welcome our community to the MNPM Alumni Networking Event on 15 May 2026, an evening filled with reconnection, inspiration, and meaningful dialogue. The event brought together MNPM alumni and students, alumni from the HKU-UBS Sustainable and Social Innovation Leadership Programme (SSILP), as well as leaders from the nonprofit sector, providing a valuable platform for exchange and fostering new connections across sectors.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Prof. Cheryl Chui, Programme Director of the MNPM Programme and Co-Director of SSILP, underscoring the importance of sustained engagement and collaboration in advancing the work of the nonprofit sector.

A highlight of the evening was the sharing session by Ms. Jane Li, MNPM alumna and Founder of GlobalMoms Initiative. In her session, “𝘈 𝘔𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳’𝘴 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘭𝘭”, Jane shared her inspiring journey leading to the founding of the GlobalMoms Initiative and her role as Co-Founder of the Invest Women Network. She also offered valuable insights into the evolving women’s empowerment ecosystem in Chinese Mainland, including key challenges, emerging opportunities, and innovative approaches through global partnerships.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants for contributing to a vibrant and engaging evening. We look forward to continuing to build a strong and connected community of changemakers.
